Who is eligible to participate in the Hoop Institute?

Any athlete currently in 6th-8th Grade or 9th-12th Grade. (fall 2026 grade level)

Is there a space limit?

Yes. Each age group is limited to 20 students.

What are the fall training dates?

Training starts Monday, September 7 and will continue every Monday and Thursday. The 6th-8th Grade group will train for 6 weeks due to the start of the IESA middle school basketball season. The 9th-12th Grade group will train through October (2 full months).

6th-8th Grade: September 7 - October 15
9th-12th Grade: September 7 - October 29

What are the Summer training times?

Group 1 6th - 8th grade: 6:00 - 7:15pm
Group 2 9th - 12th grade: 7:15 - 8:30pm

How are payments processed?

6th-8th Grader: There is only one charge of $300 for the entire 6 weeks, charged at enrollment.

9th-12th Grade: The first $200 of monthly tuition will be charged at enrollment. The 2nd tuition payment will charge to your card on file automatically on the monthly anniversary of your enrollment.

What’s included in enrollment?

Each student will receive a Hoop Institute t-shirt and two training sessions each week.

Who will coach the sessions?

The sessions will be coached by Coach Delandis Beck along with occasional assistants.

ls this training coed?

Yes. This training is open to boys and girls.

What should students wear?

Each enrolled student will receive a Hoop Institute t-shirt. We encourage all students to wear their t-shirt each day along with appropriate basketball shorts and clean gym shoes.
